I just want to highly recommend Pinky Mlotywa on the excellent service she provided me in her attempts to source a perfect home for my family. I had contacted many rental agents to assist me with the task but she was the only one who kept in constant communication with me. When Pinky found us the exact place that suited our every need, we were so happy. We signed the lease and paid the deposit. Unfortunately we had no idea we were dealing with an unscrupulous home owner, who the minute she received what she was a better deal, did everything possible to worm her way out of the contract. Because we did not have the time to fight this legally and because the owner has relocated to the UK, we were left having to urgently find a new place which Pinky also did her best to source. Unfortunately the new place was not through Adrienne Hersch. I hope owner of the original deal at least had the morals and values to pay Pinky her commission for all the work she did. Good service is rarely rewarded nowadays and Pinky certainly deserves to receive compensation for hard work.
