I rented 27 Greystone from Chiara @ Rawson & Andrew @ Tirepoint. When I moved in the unit was dirty & needed paint, the electricity was always tripping, it wasn't earthed (which is a hazard to my kids) my lease expired & I requested a month to month contract to find a new place. Sharon Hill told me they only offer term leases. I had to find a new place that was convenient & safe for my children. I told Edenvale that I would not extend my lease & gave the required notice. I used part of the deposit as my last month's rent (from what I have experienced and history on, it was a wise move) Rawson became nasty, phone calls from Chiara threatening to black list & take legal action. Felicity Ziyambi gave my cell number to new tenants & expected me to market it she arranged viewings late. Chiara & Andrew still owes me R1500 but are refusing to pay. They accuse me of damaging things their handyman fixed (which I proved with my snag list) now they want to charge me for cancelling my lease early (which I didn't) & for using my deposit. Chiara told me I am wasting her time & to stop cc'ing in on my e-mails to her (it's only time she replies!) Their contracts aren't even legal
