I moved out of my flat at Jorand 4 the end of Nov 2013. My contract states that if the inspection is done, and the last months water and electricity bill was deducted, I will receive my deposit back. Both the above mentioned has been done, and was confirmed by Sarie, however I am struggling to get my deposit back. Hanli informed me that Sarie is on leave at the moment, and Sarie will only deal with the matter on 5 January 2014. I've sent Hanli an email asking her to take the matter up with one of the partners in the firm, she ignored my email. I phoned to the office, and left a message for her to get back to me, yet no response. Hanli is very unprofessional and refuses to help me as a client. Sarie asked me to sent my banking details to her before she went on leave, I emailed it to her, and she acknowledged that she had received it. I feel cheated by this company, especially because of the fact that they do not honor the contract that they had set up.
