I'd lyk2complain abt the service that we're receiving 4rm ApartmentBox once we've decided not2renew our lease. They're deducting R2700 4rm our deposit bcoz of all the marks on the walls. It really doesn't make any sense bcoz the marks on the wall were caused by a leaking window when it rained&the oil in the kitchen wall was there when we moved in. Nw the blame is on us? Justify R500 for cleaning the flat compared to what we being charged now? When we moved from flat 49 to flat 23 we never paid this kind of money! After 4yrs this is the type of service we get? We've been good paying tenants, there was never a month where we skipped or paid our rent late! At the beginning there was no one who did a defects check b4 we moved in so there is no need 4u2 assume there was nothing wrong when we moved in. As far as I know, it's the owners responsibility to take care of things around the flat if anything goes wrong & not once have we called the rental company complaining abt broken stuff, we always fixed things ourselves. This in a way shows that you guys dnt want2pay bck our deposit. Excuses! I'm really disgusted by this, it's truly unethical&unacceptable&in contradiction of treating customers fairly!
