As a long term client of Deer Rentals (specifically Erika van der Merwe), I felt obliged to find out the full story regarding the complaint. I contacted Erika and I furthermore confirmed with their attorneys (Steyn and Steyn on Ontdekker Road, Roodepoort), as this refers to a legal eviction handled systematically by Eviction attorneys as mentioned above.
With regards to the Bible verse located on the back of the business card, Christianity and Christian believes do not entitle any Tenant to expect FREE accomodation. Every Tenant occupying a property should pay their rent (in this specific case R30 000pm).
Mr Champer, as mentioned and bad mouthed has lost R 30 000 of his pension money, to pay the Deposit for Dr Derryth Royff (My choice is lifee and My Choice is clear).
PLEASE GET YOU FACTS STAIGHT BEFORE POSTING ANYTHING, AS YOU FRIEND HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETELY HONEST WITH YOU. FEEL FREE TO ATTEND THE FINAL COURT HEARING LATER IN APRIL AS THIS WILL BE THE FINAL EVICTION
As Deer Rentals has been managing a few of my properties since 2007 I appreciate their policy of "NO PAY, NO STAY!! ", as I am an owner and need to service my bonds monthly.
