Money taken upfront but no service provided

Being out the country, I find its becoming harder and harder to deal with principled people from this far. It seems out of sight out of scruples. Here in particular Homerent and Key Rentals. I trusted Homerent and Key Rentals with my property, firstly in ensuring that the right fit tenant rents my house but the tenant is now overdue on rent of R32000. Secondly being out of the country I expected Homerent and Keyrentals to help resolve this. They insisted on an 18mnth contract even though I only wanted 12mnths so 18mnths was signed and the commission for that taken upfront even though the necessary documents was and is still outstanding. I have asked for bank statements several times and never received those. When I did try speaking to Diann Blignaut the owner/principal on many, many occasions about the statements and to do something wrt the outstanding rent or evicting the tenant she simply refuses to take calls from me or my family neither does she have the courtesy to reply to mails and still no bank statements. Even though I am out of the country I won't stop here. I will take this further. If you're thinking of going with Keyrentals and Homerent... think twice!
