Lack of Telephone Etiquette Extremely Bad Attitude

I really hope your calls are recorded cause not only is your service appalling but theres one specific Agent at your branch whos attitude is unacceptable.

Patric from your branch called us the previous month advising us that payment for my little sister UJ Residence has been unpaid, we then took his fax umber sent him proof of payment, the Today My Mother Got a call from Precious Mabasa who stated that if Payment of ZAR1865 is not received as soon as possible she will evict the student without giving notice. i then decided to call to find out what the problem and i luckily got through to the Same Precious who was harrassing my mother about this, asked her how much are they missing from their side, she confirmed the amounts and i suppose cause she noticed from the refference i gave her that it is the same customer shes dealing with, she went off again losing her patience like we are not paying for this service. this unnaceptable attitude i will not tolerate i even asked her who she reports to and she said "I do not report to Any One". to cut the matters short i took her fax number wich is 0866834102 and will send her proof.

what the happened customer service here??
