I called yesterday to book an appointment with Bugs and sparks to get them to fix an electrical problem at my premises in Parklands. I specifically stressed that I would be taking the entire day off today. One would assume this to mean: "Quote, and do work in one day" seeing as I am saying "I'm home the whole day". Why would I take the entire day off if the quote appointment is for the morning 08h45? So here I am at 12h54. Still no quote and it seems they won't be able to do the work today. So guess what? An entire day wasted and seeing as I get paid for work done it means money out of my pocket. Don't waste your time with these people.
