I have been dealing with Just Letting Moot for about 4 years now. This Branch is very unprofessional and it is extremely frustrating dealing with them. They are not customer centric at all.
I have had so many bad experiences with them. They do not always respond to your emails, and can be very slack ito keeping track of work required at your property and what has been done and keeping you as owner informed. In my most recent bad experience with them, they have no copy on file for an invoice of R2550. I am told I am welcome to contact their contractor! What am I paying them to do?
