On 13-Mar, Electricity was cut in my unit Chianti. When I asked about it, caretaker said that I have one pending invoice of BoomGate damage done by my visitor. When I asked for the proof, they can't product it. The security person who logged this complaint explained me that when my visitor was entering into the Chianti, the iron gate started closing and touches the car ar 7:00 PM approx on 18-Dec-12. and sensor was damaged due to it. If the gate started closing due to bad sensor, how my visitor is responsible for it. I checked the visitor register and found that I had visitor at 6:00 PM. I asked clarifications how can my visitor entering at 6:00 PM caused the damage to gate at 7:00 PM. But I got no satisfied answer and they didn't start electricity untill I pay ZAR 3123. I mailed my concerns to [Email Removed] [Email Removed] but no answer. When I paid the the amount and requested caretaker to put the notice on gate for visitors that they must stop at particular blackline (which is not visible at all) so that such incidents will not happen again, the answer was "no need to stop car at blackline". I don't understand then, why they charged me w/o proofs
