Poor work and attitude

7Arrows came to Install a new gate at the complex where I live. They did the job and left in one day. 3 days later the gate jammed and then closed on my car causing R3500 worth of damage. When I tested the sensors they were not working. When I enquired about this they claimed that they had informed the complex that the sensors would not be working (for 1 day and this is 3 days later anyway) but the complex deny this and 7 arrows can not prove it. The employee working on the gate admitted that they were in the wrong and should cover the damage but the MD Sean Jammy sent me an email saying that they "did a good job on the gate" and will not be covering the cost of the damage. This despite me sending numerous pictures of the gate jamming and not working properly. They have decided to hide behind the T&C's that the complex has put up. Couldn't care about the people that they claim to be "protecting"
