Dic homes are the worst estate agent i have dealt with, completely unethical, and they are bullies who take advantage of their tenants as they have money from me by refusing to give me back my deposit which they said i am suppose to get within 7 days i am not the only tenant who has similar issue. The most annoying of it all is their requirement for renting is crazy and they dont keep to promises and expect their tenants to abide to their rules. i will never recommend anyone or advice anyone to deal with this company as it is misery all the way.
I must say DIC homes leave up to their name completely.
