I phoned Infinity Homes on behalf of my girlfriend who had to leave the country, to try make a appointment to see Lilly Allan to only get shouted at by her! I was trying to be polite and to get screamed down is no way to treat a person. Infinity homes discrides the flat as disgusting which is a utter frabrication as I personally saw the flat once the cleaning servise had finished, the Intaba Building is built badly and the whole building is falling to pieces and to blame the tenant is unethical. We do not have a say in the matter they have just chosen to remove the deposit of R15 000. I am a understanding person and the flat was not perfect after a year of occupation but to scream at me and then refuse to show me where the costs are going is SHOCKING. I will not personally never do business with Infnity Homes or Intaba again and will make sure to pass this information onto anyone I know or come across. Thank you Lilly Allan for your shocking attitude and please learn how to treat people as you are in the service industry.
