Cherry Manor is a new dev opened in Nov 2012, but a lot is not working, infact it is still under construction as it seems making it difficult for us live in, as per agreement all was supose to be completed in November last year, as im writing this message i had a geyser burst since Saturday 9/03/13 making it impossible for me and family to have a bath. Not only that theres is no access control at gate making it impossible for car insurances to approve of security of the complex. I completed inspection list for things that needed to be sorted in the apartment but im told to wait for company to finish the new block so they make more money at the same time i get emails reminding about risk of being responsibe for damages and not getting deposit back n departure, this really worries me. On one occasion on my way out to work i knocked my car at the gate as the were busy with paving and that costed a day's salary as i had to to take car for testing of damages. Again i had to take half day for geyser burst now this is really non delivery of promised service. Apartment I live in needs a 2nd coat of painting but that as well is on wait since January, I really think something is not right.
