Incorrect deduction of W&L Deposit

I am absolutely appalled by the level of service received by Miekie at the De Lucia group.
I made payment of R800.00 to De Lucia for my account at 16 Belvedere where I was renting through 4Max properties on 21/02/2013.
I followed up with Miekie 05/03/2013 and she advised that she hadn't received payment from me. At which time I forwarded the deposit slip through to De Lucia.
When following up 11/03/2013, Miekie advised me that after deducting my deposit from my account I was still left with an outstanding balance of R234.22. However my balance was R1234.22 and I had paid R800.00 - Leaving me with an outstanding balance due to De Lucia of R434.22 (which I am happy to have deducted off my deposit of R1000.00) Meaning I would be paid back my deposit of R565.78.
Now, because of De Lucia's fault I have to wait another 48 hours to have my account settled when I was in no way in the wrong!
My mother went to pay my account at De Lucia, when she was advised that it would only be accepted by EFT. She was then given the banking details & advised to use ref BAA016.
For a whole week I could not get through to De Lucia on the Phone.
