I rented out my house with Johnlee properties. Throughout the year I had to constanly be on their case to get my three monthly report (which I PAID extra for) and when my tenant, for the first time, missed a payment, they did absolotely NOTHING to get my rent (even though Wikus had assured me on signing with them, that that would never happen, that they would use the deposit if there was a failure in payment). And then they have the NERVE to bill me half a month's rent because I don't want to use their service anymore (after giving a pmonth's notice and after using their service for a whole year) and they are keeping the tenant's deposit for a WHOLE extra month, just to collect the intrest on. I think this is terrible behaviour. I only received my last rent (half of it) after having to threaten them with going to my laywers.
THINK TWICE before you sign up with these money hungry thugs!!!
