I hope you'll be able to assist me with the query at hand as I've been complaining not only with the matter at hand but it seems all my complaints fall into deaf ears, I move into one of AFHCO's building in Braamfontein, JHB, on June 6th as I was temporarily placed in one of their buildings in from the day the lease agreement was activated as ther was a lady occupying the apartment I was suppose to move into as AFHCO was renovating her apartment I think on the 3rd Floor of the very building, 2010 after lease agreement was signed and activated on June 1st, 2010. When I moved in the care-taker walked in and he went out advising he will come back in during the week to inspect as to what need to be repair and what not need to be repaired in the apartment and he never came. And ever since I moved in I've been complaining about leaking toilet which their handy-man will fix and the problem will only be sorted only for few days and start again, fortunately the system was fixed in last month and the landlord want me to cater for the cost and I advised them I will not as I didn't break the system, I've also got our email communications which has been happening back and forth.
