On the 20th August 2004 R9300.00 was paid as a deposit for 3 months Office rental. The lease was for 5 years and we continued on month to month renatl. on the 28 June 2011 the notice was given in writing to vacate end of July 2011. Since then we did not receive any communication from Mr J M Singleton until last year. We left several messages and we were told he was overseas. Last year when faced with pressure from our account officer he said our deposit was withheld because the premises were left untidy. We at least expected a breakdown of cost regarding the damage. Until today we have never seen him nor received formal communication.
