Weeks have gone by and no feedback. Leapfrog contacted me on the day I posted the complaint on Hello Peter to say they will investigate the matter, but I have never heard from them since. The matter has been filed with the EAAB and ombudsman to deal with from here on.
This is one of the worst companies I have had to deal with, especially their partner, Connings Commercial.
It would be really nice to receive some feedback and even my deposit money that they took.
I should have looked at all the complaints against them on Hello Peter before ever doing business with this group, 18 reports in less than one year!
