I went on Sunday to Balwin Greenstone Gate to view the property. the lady was very busy so i viewed it anyways and figured i will call her this week. I emailed this week Monday and got a response today (Friday) which i was totally fine with. She sent me a rude abrupt mail, which i then politely responded to asking for further information on levies and property sizes etc. To which she responded sooooo rudely without any information at all and said i must refer to her previous attachments (There was NO previous attachments if she had even bothered to check her email, she would have seen), it was obvious she doesn't care about my business. I probably won't make a difference to their profit line anyways but to with Balwin, I am going to go buy from Renprop instead- atleast they value my business. Utterly disgusted with how rude the lady was to me.
