reported an incident in april and was ignored, when I resent the problem they inspected the place and blame the tenant for damages when it was a building issue.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE A PROPERTY FROM BALWIN. POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE.
