We have been at Balwins development Glenvale since 01 December 12 and to be honest the service is a Joke.
We stay on a ground floor unit and our main bedroom is directly above the top unit balcony. This was not waterproofed properly & we have water leaking through the roof and onto the walls leaving marks and the paint has started bubbling BADLY. this was reported in Jan and they came & "sorted it out" it rained again & we reported it & they said that there was the water trapped in the walls and still drying out from the previous problem. They "fixed" this & repainted. Winter arrived so the walls were fine. As soon as it started raining again it came through the walls & made the marks. We then reported the problem and were advised it would be sorted out. This was more than two weeks ago. Daniel did not come back to us. I reported this to Balwin & was told Daniel will contact us. Still no contact and we called him directly today as paint and water is all over the floor & advised he only got the details of the client above us now & they unfortunately cannot do anything as they are going on leave on Friday. This is not acceptable. Balwin are a disgrace & couldnt care less.
