On the 23rd of May 2013 judgement was given to Mr Alan Heafielfd in Case Number RT520/12 and case
Number RT684/12 by the Housing Rental Tribunal. Nothing happened. Judgement was given against the landlord, and the landlord said that he does not worry what the law says.
Several e-MAILS were send to the Tribunal in this regard in the past twelve months and no answers were received.
Be aware, the new Housing Rental Tribunal is like a big dog with lots of bark but without any bite.
So much for the new Act.
After 16 years as a Tenant, I was asked to leave the premises by the landlord.
