Helo we have had numerous problems with our house, the company KBS did the electriacl inspection, and gave an COC certificates to the sellers, now we currently still can't move in, we have problems with the beetle and plumbing also, but the electrical, is the worstI've gotten a different company to check the electrical and they wer appalled, by what they saw, ive tried the transfer attorneys and estate agents but no help. KBS came on Friday 11/02/2022 to fix only two of the numerous problems they refused to fix, and cross wired the lights and broke more plug sockets, im at my wits end as this company doesn't care, they begged me to not let other companies come to check what they did on Friday alone. My worry the house is dark at night, as we have to switch off electricity, to safe guard it, as we currently can't occupy because of all this mess. We should have moved in 31/01/2022. Please can you help us, and send someone to inspect please, as we also have plumbing and infestation problems onto of that. Also why did the agents or attorneys nit check, as this problems occurring, is costing me alot of money. Alot of problems are in the roof wires and geyser, oven, wall plugs, lights, and outside lights and plugs.
