The worst service ever. I moved into a flat in December 2019, fault list was returned before the cut-of date, it is now 6 months later and still repairs have not done, then you get told the geyser timer on the board is not their responsibility so why did they not remove it when the previous tenant moved out. I have leaking water pipes in the flat that still has not been repaired, widows, cupboards, locks and other repair that has not been done. There was not inspection from the Agent when i moved in and Stephan the maintenance manager has never set foot in the place to inspect the problems. I feel as a widow they are not keeping to the contract agreement to make repairs.
