There's absolutely no service from Guateng Management Agents especially Marietjie. I have moved into a townhouse in August. I have given all my details to Marietjie to add onto the security system. Every month i was complaining about people just coming into the property as i have had different helpers so its unsafe for my children. In December i decided to deduct the security fees for the previous 3 months as i felt that no actual security was provided. The guards were letting everyone in therefore when I complained they wasn't letting anyone in. Visitors called me saying the guards refused to let them in.
o If there was no security and the gate was open then everyone would just come in...
o If the gate was locked then visitors would call me and I would come open.
Marietjie now says i must pay that money as well as fees for short payment, interest and for a final reminder which i never got and she says that i should go to the security company to claim that back.
Adding to the above, Marietjie hardly ever responds or when she responds she not very helpful.
