In November 2013, A wall housing the washing line at Theresa Park Estate collapsed whilst i was hanging my laundry. The falling bricks missed me by a couple of inches (Lord knows what could have hapenned had they hit me). The wall fell directly on my clothes, staining them and my cellphone, which was on top of the basket, also got damaged. I spoke to Lizel Harmse and Mario Lourens from CSi and explained that the clothes do not matter, but i would please like them to repplace my phone. Lizel asked me to get quotations, which i did. I called and e-mailed her on a daily basis, and she told me that management is still deciding wether to give me money or to replace the cell phone. On Friday the 31st of January 2014, after three months of fighting with CSI, i was informed that i will not be assisted in any way, and i was not given a reason why.
I strongly feel that this is a issue and im being undermined because of the colour of my skin. I will make sure that i warn everyone who cares to listen about CSI Rentals and their sub-standard buildings (Theresa Park Estate in particular). I am really disgusted by the type of attitude displayed by CSI!!!
