Have been with ONLY RENTALS Pinetown/ Hillcrest Branches over the last 2years and have had to consistently endure their disgustingly poor / No service due in part to my employment abroad. Rental Payments are consistently late which only rentals staff deem " A Little Late". A little late is in actual fact paying the past month's rent on 23rd of the month!!! Further more... on questioning management about this... This is the response... the tenants of the property contact only rentals after the 10th of the month to inform management that they are late with rent payments. ONLY RENTALS DOES NOT FOLLOW UP WITH TENANTS AS TO WHY THEY ARE LATE OR WHEN PAYMENT IS TO BE EXPECTED!!...INSTEAD...
THEY SIT BACK & WAIT UNTIL THE TENANTS SEND WORD. Mandy Nichols has never bothered to call or send an e-mail to inform me of the above but has in the past persistently contacted me with the littlest issue raised by the tenants for urgent... very urgent resolution!!!
Needless to say that when I generated a complaint about poor management of the property... Mandy Nichols' Response... I don't know what your property looks like as I have never seen the property!!!
