Worse agency to rent from

I took a contract with vision property solutions in Cape town in January 2013. there flat has given me problems since January yet i have never had any assistance. I am paying alot of money yet the that own the flat dont care about our happiness. they are so fast to send sms's demanding rent yet ol help with the issues we are experiencing. i hate them! i cant wait for my contract to end so that i can go and live in a place where i will be paying for a good flat and get great service assistance! Never sign a contract with Vision Property Solutions!!!
