I am exhausted complaining to tupa about their boundary wall encroaching into my property by 500cm along a 60m length wall.they owe me rental of my space.
they encroached my space illegally to allow a delivery area for shoprite at my expense and they don't want to hear anything about it, infact van de merwe shouted at me and acused me of erecting the wall myself overnight.
