They insured my house structure and walls; which had stood nearly 40 years. No-one came to inspect the property in fact they said they could look at it on Google Street View!! Part of a boundary wall fell over
after a heavy rainstorm, the assesor came out and found a hidden structural fault!! I am the reasonable woman in the street not a structual engineer. They had assured me my boundary wall was insured and I believed them. They took my money under false pretenses.
Do not deal with these people. What if your house fell and a brick was found to be missing somewhere?
