Deposit refund

As tenants we are taken for granted and ripped off by property agency. I was renting a place at naturena and the place was put on auction because the owner was not paying. The agency have billed me unfairly, to be able to not refund me of my deposit. I spoke to two employees of the company and they can't give me straight answers. It is so unfair that these agencies have the right to black list us and when they refuse to give you what is rightfully your they expect you to just forget. I won't stop until I get my money
