Bad Attitude Everyday with Customers

Every month the Financial Accounts Manager from SE Letting Celestia Adams has a stinking attitude with customers on the phone. She has no respect who you are and cares less about customer satisfaction. You can be asking about the smallest thing or in general. She will give remarks and says its not her problem because she does not live in the house. She has been reported for the last 2 years now and the Manager of SE Letting does not deal with the issues and brush it off, because she does the same thing over and over. As a rental customer I'm paying for a service and expect things to be done accordingly but they quick to expect money from you renting. Celestia Adams has no ethics on emails and over the phone with a customer. When she send accounts late or never send them at all. Celestia Adams makes no attempt to communicate with any customer why the lateness, but she is the first one to fight with you over the phone, why you did not pay, but the reason is she never communicated nor sent anything. You end up paying double for extra stuff she has not followed through as a rental company would do to make sure you receive it. Every month a I'm battling with her. This a disgrace!
