I lodged an application to rent one of their propeties.
The process was never explained properly to me
Turn around time was never stipulated, instead every time I followed up, I was told that there are many people who applied and she needs to talk to the owner.

when I finally got tired of waiting, I demanded to get turn around time and still never got it,
I then said so I might as well apply for other properties and just get my documents back, when I went to the offices to enquire, my documents were withdrawn and willingly given back to me

I wonder, how many black people are actually placed by this agency... maybe their records would tell us...
