Failed to pay tenant's deposit after 3 weeks

Urban link arranged a tenant for a property we leased. The tenant paid them a deposit and 3 weeks later Urban link failed to send the monies to us. They repeatedly acted in an evasive manner and would avoid our calls or pass the buck whenever they could.

It took threatening to give the tenants notice for them to finally do the payment, and even then it required repeated calls to their head office for any action to be taken. Jenny personally accepted the responsibility of ensuring the deposit was paid to us, and eventually Jean was the only person who actually helped see that the payment was done.

I cannot recommend anyone use Urban link as there is a lack of urgency from the accounts department to assist and ensure timeous payment of tenant's moneys to the rightful parties.
