My wife and I whom are newly married decided to take a huge step in our new lives together by purchasing a house. We found one that we liked and proceeded to finalise a deal which Wakefields facilitating the deal. The process was riddled with problems and we eventually finalised the transfer much later than expected. To our dismay when taking over the house we were faced with fixtures being removed. Wakefields in no way assisted with this and seemed to side with the buyer.
Further dismay occurred when I recently discovered that the house has a wood borer issue which no-one wants to take ownership of.
Buying a house is meant to be a pleasant experience when you have estate agencies handling the process. This turned against us though in this case so please be wary when dealing with Wakefields Phoenix.
