VERRY RUDE CALL CENTER STAFF! FRIENDLY TV AD!

My girlfriend had somebody drive into her with a motor bike about 2 weeks ago.
We immediately contacted Outsurance to put in a claim and we were told 10 days (the 21st of March we made the call)..NOw I can understand with public holidays etc it get rough, but we just wanted to enquire today regarding the movement on the claim.
My girlfriend phoned Thsepo Matsimele as he has been the person she dealt with, and he turned around and started getting very annoyed from the first moment she spoke to him. When asked what is happening with the claim, he raised his voice and said "I TOLD YOU 15 days!! " She then said that she was initially told 10 working days..He started getting more rude and uppety saying more rude things and when she finally snapped and said she understands he deals with people shouting every day, but that is no need to get rude with her, he went off even more. She then said she will lay a complaint ot which he responded "Well then go do that! "
You spend money&time and effort to prove to people you have friendly staff, UNTIL THEY CALL YOUR CENTRES!! Very rude and unprofessional staff, who pass the buck when they make a mistake in details! Don't get rude because you have a bad day!!
