No final installations done

For about 3 weeks now I have been calling RBA asking them to come and install the final things that need to be installed when the house has been occupied, they have confirmed that this will be done on all occasions . till date this has not been done after they kept on confirming that they would come for 3 weeks in a row. I am at my wits end and do not know how else to request for them to come and install the last things that are required in the house.
