On 15 February 2013 we made a payment for curtains and blinds to be installed into our house, we were informed that it would take 3 - 4 weeks for the blinds to be delivered (from where they are ordered) and for the curtains to be made.
Only 6 weeks later did they come install the blinds - the curtains were still not ready. We had to call Home Flair daily and a week later the curtains were installed.
However, during the installation of the blinds they broke a wall tile while drilling and this was supposed to be fixed and the blind installed when they came to install the curtains. To date, 12 weeks after payment was made, they have not fixed the tile and installed the remaining blind.
We've been patient and understanding, but we've reached a point where it seems only legal action will work!
