There is a property at Terrace Road pick n pay where a schwarma shop is located. |The tenant is selling at property without the owners knowledge. I requested that I could rent it and take over the lease. I have had nothing but stops in my way.. We have discussed with the tenant to tak over the lease pay for the counters but he wants us to buy the schwarma shop, why if we own a locksmith.. I think this is a or just bad business.
