GOOD DAY, I'm not happy with the service i got at Afhco. I was notified in writing in Oct 2013 that my rent will increase to R5338 as of 1 Jan. To my surprise I got a statement that said my rent is R5659 which didn't make sense since my budget was for R5338.I have email and called the Afhco offices but nothing was rectified and i have other financial commitments. I even resorted to payin the rent end of Dec 2013 from the initial letter I received in Oct 2013.i got a letter of demand this morning tht I owe Afhco R316.
