More than 8 months using a basin

I am very upset with afhco end street, i have sent more than one report on the so called "maintanance book"

that my bath hot water tap is loose and i cant get hot water from it, its been approximately 9 months now since i
relayed the matter but nothing has been done, or is it a way of ripping me off with my deposit when i decide on leaving afhco? I need Urgent response pertaining the above!
