I have used Just Letting2lease out my property& have had continual problems with them not fulfilling their obligations2me as a client. I have had2make continuous calls, send endless e-mails&arrange numerous meetings, which aren't adhered2.Tammy was supposed to be assisting me with my tenants as they were problematic, but she is just as, or even more so irresponsible than they are. The way I look at it, Tammy has too much on her plate as she manages 3 branches&does not know that clients should be a priority& not an after thought. More so, you can not get the e-mails of anyone above her to complain2&Just Letting's Customer Care's excuse is that each branch is independently owned&they cannot force their hand when management does not play their part, but can merely ask management to comply, which often turns out to be fruitless or futile. The only upside to using Just Letting, at a substantial cost to me, is that I opted for the Rent-Secure option which guaranteed my rental income every month. This too hasn't always been paid diligently, when it was supposed 2& I have had2follow up many times. Their management and maintenance option has been a waste of my time and money&I will not recommend.
