After making a comment on the Sarie facebook page regarding the non-delivery of my monthly Sarie subscription, and expecting that it will just fall through the cracks, I was e-mailed within 10 minutes for my details, phoned the day after and had the latest edition hand delivered to my door that same day.
I regret not catching the name of the lady who stood at my gate, magazine in hand in the pouring rain. Wow.
