Infinitum is renting my property out. I have asked them for a statement of rent paid over to me for the past year as I need it for auditors. I have first requested it from Elize, she has been making promises for the last month. i then tried to get hold of the manager, but Mari, who answers the phone refuse to put me through to the manage. She asked me to send an email and also to send it to Deon. Deon just passed it on to Elize.
Mari promised me on Monday after I phone again, that I will have it by Tuesday morning. Still no luck and they refuse to put me through to the manager. From what I can pick up is that Mr Gregory Bouwer is the director, but i can not get his contact details. Thus, i am stuck as I just don't get the need information.
