I have now requested several times that my account must include my NUMBER OF UNITS USED DAILY. It is refused. R14 something is also added every day to my account and the R166 someting is already deducted. That means if R14 is added on top of the R166 someting, we are paying R586 someting monthly before our electricity is calculated??? Explain that Mrs Spencer.
It is also impossible to see on the internet what is going on during the weekend. Why is your site off???
