I rented a property from lencar and the person that we dealt with is lelo. We recived the keys on sat the 30th of nov 2013. While moving we found a lot of faults taps showers not working... cupboards are falling apart... lights not working.. and best of all a back door that doesnt lock... we spoke to lelo on the 30th who then assured us that everything will be fixed on monday the 02 dec 2013. I called them on wed to find out what had happen cause nobody came out to fix anything cause we had no light in the kitchen for 5 days and was told that it is not their problem it is the owners problem and that they have to wait for them. Today is the 9th dec 2013 and still not everything is fixed. A plumber came out and fixed 1 problem but we have 3 toilets with problems. An electrian came out and said that the problem is with the council... the council came out and checked... everything was fine. I changed the globes andbthe lights came on..So im not even sure if they are using quailified guys. I asked ricky the manger about my door not locking and he replied saying... at least u have a gate... is this really the type of service that they give to their clients?
