The body corporate of Banbury Park, Hunter Street Northwold, is the bunch you can find in this day and age! Constantly harassing tenants who rent in the complex who are of colour! Dictating to me how many people can live in my unit. I am a single parent and rent a 4 bedroom as I have children. They have the audacity to tell me I said only myself and my daughter will be occupying the unit! after I presented them with an e-mail sent indicating how many people will be living in the unit! why would I rent a 4 bedroom and split up my kids! they are picking on us all the time and making it really uncomfortable to live in the unit. It is a retire village for whites only and that is how they want to keep it!
