I was late with my rent, I know, but who does Chantel think she is with my FIRST EVER rent paid late she threatens me with court... Aren't you suppose to have 3 months? According to my knowledge of contractual law YES! We moved into the house thinking we are going to buy this, thank goodness NOT! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM PAM GOLDING!! Neither will my friends and relatives and everybody I know will here my story!! I am DISGUSTED by this UNACCEPTABLE attitude!!! Never again!!!
