July 2013 i signed a lease for a year to move into a new place at 214 Elmdor, 2 months down the line i was called by a rental agent from Remax telling me the flat has been sold, no courtesy call or anything from Just Letting. I was told the stuff damaged will not be fixed although i had made them aware immediately. I was told i have to move end December, i asked to be moved into another unit which was available on the 26th, submitted an application on the 27th, did a follow up on 02 Dec, got no response. Only to be told i never made any attempt whereas i have proof but it was ignored.
